- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or nut milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 20 drops vanilla liquid stevia
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen powder
- Toppings: berries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips, shredded coconut,etc.
- Whisk all ingredients (except the toppings) together in a small pot on medium heat.
- Continuously stir until a pudding consistency forms, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add your favorite toppings!
